PIECE OF CAKE
Most people know how you create a slice of cake. You build the entire cake, then cut accurately to remove a piece and enjoy. If you tried to reverse engineer the process to create one slice of cake, it would be a pain-staking effort that would never come out the right way.
We use this analogy to help explain what sets us apart. There a lot of creative alternatives out there, many companies who have all the ingredients, but might not have the proper experience to create the most effective solutions. This route takes you down the wrong path and leads to making a slice of cake, one slice at a time. From building memorable brands to broadcast television video and animations, we stand out from the rest. We are Cohesive.
FEATURE PROJECT
TRANSFORMING YBARRA
Bringing a little Hollywood to Houston. Cohesive Media was asked to create an opening logo animation for one of their longest-running clients, Ybarra Houston. We revitalized, animatized and brought our sentient production value to this project.
Based on Ybarra’s request, Cohesive Media were able to flex their imagination muscle and referenced the blockbuster appeal from the feature film, Transformers.
Turning a name into a symbol
We started by re-designing an original idea so that the animation has more concept. The inspiration came from our friends, the Autobots.
Transforming
To truly transform, we relied on Cinema 4D to create all the 3D animation. We combined several iterations to achieve the final look.
